I started working with Julie to improve relaxation and body awareness, as a supplement to regular aerobic training and martial arts practice. I had never done any serious massage therapy before. She has been very helpful in making me aware of the tension and muscular “armor” I have built around my body and its various injuries over three decades of “hard” training.
